POSITION SUMMARY:

The Global Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the International Compensation Team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: managing the day-to-day client relationship(s), preparation of complex international assignment cost estimates and second level reviews, remuneration statements, preparation of payroll reports and data files for clients and tax providers. Responsible for the accurate reporting and processing of compensation transactions by global payrolls according to policy, abiding by legal and international compliance guidelines, and ensuring client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurate and timely creation and update of compensation worksheet calculations based upon client specific policies and delivery calendars
  • Monitoring the changes in COLA/Hardship data tables in compliance with policies on a periodic basis
  • Reconciliation of global payroll to ensure instructions were processed as directed
  • Global compensation accumulation from client and third-party providers for inclusion in total compensation reporting
  • Auditing data for completeness and timely follow up where required, escalating missing or incomplete data as required
  • Partner with Expense Management teams to ensure all payments are delivered and accurately coded for income reporting on a monthly basis
  • Creation and delivery of all monthly required global tax/payroll reporting
  • Prepares and delivers total compensation reporting per client schedule for review
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions with stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with established procedures (internal and external)
  • Research compensation related issues identified by Global Mobility contacts, payroll contacts, and client’s tax provider
  • Priority setting; able to prioritize tasks and deliver requirements especially during peak periods. Accountable for accurate and timely execution of all management directed projects within the published time line.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent with a minimum 3 years of experience in related area)


ESSENTIAL INTELLECTUAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Customer-oriented demonstrates a positive attitude towards customer service
  • Global personal income tax and/or payroll tax experience or awareness
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of integration between PeopleSoft HR, OHR, payroll, benefits, and /or expat administration
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent numerical skills and working knowledge of other global currencies.
  • Experience in Excel a must or other management reporting tools and ability to create and execute complex reports
