About Your Work
Join our Health and Innovation team as the Associate Vice President, Product and Services Delivery, reporting to the Chief Health and Innovation Officer where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering customer delight. Your role will involve responsibility for our Product and Services design and delivery model to design innovative, sometimes transformative, solutions delivered on time and with operational excellence.
As the Associate Vice President, Product and Services Delivery you'll work closely with our product leaders and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include ensuring consistency in approach, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure tight connection with operating teams critical to the support of all products and services. You will focus on:
- Innovation Implementation: Take new ideas, products, and programs from concept to execution, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Development of Implementation Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps and project plans to guide the execution of new projects, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams responsible for executing new projects, holding team members accountable for project deliverables, and driving alignment towards project goals.
- Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with other teams to build the necessary infrastructure within the organization to support new programs, including identifying and implementing the right people, processes, and technology.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data driving decisions to optimize deliver performance and customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of innovation implementation efforts.
- Track and analyze key product metrics, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to improve product performance and user satisfaction
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including executives, and team members, Create and manage the integrated product roadmap process across product and service lines, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the market.
- Maintain ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the product and service delivery division, driving profitability and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline delivery operations and improve efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align delivery strategies with overall business objectives.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and other relevant forums, showcasing our capabilities and fostering a positive brand image.
The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing product and service delivery operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing accounts, setting pricing strategies, and driving profitability.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze P&L statements and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.
- Strong consulting skills, preferable in a healthcare related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The anticipated pay range for this role is listed in our salary posting for transparency but may vary based on factors including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location. This base pay range is specific to California and can vary based on Bay Area, Metro LA, and Greater California regions which may not be applicable to other locations.

Physical Requirements:
Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
