THE JOB

We are looking for a Collections Officer to join our team at our West End Branch.

The primary function of this position is to assist members during financial difficulties while protecting the interest of the CU.

This position is responsible for reaching out to members  via telephone, mail or email. Our Collections Officers work with members to gain their trust and create goodwill, while still collecting outstanding payments and helping them get back on track financially. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and have a heart for helping others, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
