Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing cost control measures related to location operations budget and location P&L statement to meet short- and long-term financial goals.
Ensures that the location complies with and properly executes all key company processes, standard operating procedures, and repair practices.
Directly involved in Labor Planning by evaluating forecasts and allocating resources, balancing shift schedules and level loading work to maximize efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement of processes.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring and placement of required staff.
Assign work to employees, continuously improve quality, lead productivity tracking and optimization, shift and facilitate team meetings to foster an inclusive benefits culture.
Conduct customer visits and annual reviews.
Optimization of cycle time and ensuring that the service center meets or exceeds service objectives based upon customer commitments.
Lead breakdown root cause analysis process, implement corrective actions locally and when necessary, communicates issues to engage proper support functions.
Accountable for all Quality Metrics within the Service Center.
Safety and DOT Regulations: This position is responsible for all safety related operations within their branch to ensure all requirements related to OSHA, DOT and DOT Regulated Employees are administered properly. Responsible for ensuring a safe workplace and providing guidance for all safety efforts and initiatives.
Management of up to 20 employees, including but not limited to: Lead Technicians, Administrative Specialists, Parts, Technicians and Service Employees who support the needs of the assigned location.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-6 years of prior, successful management and materials procurement experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration or Operations preferred.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High comfort level working a diverse environment.
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff, major projects and initiatives.
Salary : $59,100 - $74,800
