MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : (Examples of work performed - responsibilities listed do not necessarily apply to all positions in this job title).

• Prepare and process purchase orders (Auto Creates)
• Data organization
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers
• All other duties as assigned EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience required : o External : 2 years applicable experience. o Internal : 1 year Altec experience, Supply Chain functions preferred.

o APICS Certification counts as one year of experience

• Microsoft Office suite experience required.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and concepts preferred. OTHER POSITION SPECIFICATIONS :
• Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
• Ability to work with a team
• Math skills to make sure all calculations are correct and avoid any unforeseen losses for the company
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Scheduling the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Dealing with inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Meeting and collaborating with management to assess reliability of suppliers and vendors, and to identify solutions for ongoing problems.
• Performing clerical duties and maintaining accurate records and files of activities.
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be able to maintain company confidentiality
• Should be able to handle stress and deadlines
