Mechanical Assembler Level I employee, you will learn to assemble many different product lines.
You will be challenged with many different opportunities to grow within the group.

Temp to Hire, intention to hire
Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using hand tools and pneumatic tools to assemble electro-mechanical products.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and process documentation
- Inspect assembly parts for defects and final assemblies for completion.
- With provided training, learn to move product to next step using MRP system.
- Perform special processes like spraying conformal coating and applying potting to variety of electronic assemblies.
- Box completed assemblies using approved packing material.
- Apply good clean up and safety habits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Knowledge of standard hand tools, and power tools, and their proper use.
- Recognition of standard hardware sizes.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly and process documentation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work unsupervised after initial trainings.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and work standards.
- Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.
Physical Demands:
- Employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and rarely have to lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Employee is regularly required to see and observe small handwriting, labels, and components.
- Employee will be provided ear protection and eye protection on a daily basis. Proper PPE will be provided for those working in either conformal coating locations.
Work Environment:
- The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled environment with a work bench and chair. The employee maybe exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and loud noises.
