Job Posting for Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist at Alternative Air

Alternative Air is looking to fill the position of Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Create invoices from time cards/technicians to be billed to the customers.
  • Entering time cards daily for field technicians.
  • Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages and directing phone calls to the appropriate person(s).
  • Accounts receivables: collecting payment from customers and calling on past due accounts.
  • Quickbooks payroll experience. Certified payroll experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Office and basic data entry is a must.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Filing and other clerical duties, as needed.
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Strong customer service skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
