What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Support Specialist for Community Living position at Alternative Community Training (ACT)?

As a TSS for Community Living, you'll provide direct care support at several locations with a fluctuating schedule. The ideal TSS candidate will have direct care experience, the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and reliable transportation.
This is a full-time position, offering benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, vacation and 401k.
All candidates will need to possess a valid Drivers License with the ability to obtain a Class E, ability to pass a criminal background screen and drug test and have a High School Diploma or GED.

Pay Range for this position is $16.00 to $17.00 and will be based on experience, education and currently held certificates which are relevant to the field. $1 shift differential on all evening and a $2 differential on weekend hours.
