The Administrative Contract Managment position will support and coordinate with business owners through the vendor and contract approval process.
- Provide end-to-end contract and vendor support for residential and business sales, product marketing, vendor onboarding requests, contract approval process, entering Oracle purchase orderrequests, and assisting with vendor record updates.
- Proactively work with business owner stakeholders, procurement, legal, and business planning for contract renewals and non-renewals.
- Review the contract terms and obtain legal approval when applicable.
- Assist the business owner with preparing the required paperwork to ensure the information is correct and the authorized signors are documented and assist with obtaining contract signatures.
- Track upcoming expiring contracts and notify business owners and procurement 90,60,30 days out.
- Enter Oracle PO requests
- Prepare NDA's
- Work with the Business Owner and the Business Planner to ensure the timely completion of the Oracle receiver.
- Work with business planning, business owner, and Accounts Payment for invoice inquiries related to POs.
- Maintain a tracker of all Requests and POs.
- Maintain a log of pending signatures and Oracle approvals required for Business Planning.
- Meet weekly with Business Planning to review pending requests and ensure requests have the required budget impact approvals.
- Proactively follow up on the pending activity and communicate to the applicable party to ensure contract completion and PO requests.
- Maintain Records of contract documentation, POs, and invoices.
- Share fully executed documents with Business Planning and the Business Owners.

- Working knowledge of key operational concepts

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/ year.
