We are hiring an Analyst of Revenue Planning & Analysis within the Business Performance team. This role is a key contributor to the successful completion of the annual budget and monthly forecasts by ensuring it meets the requirements of the company in terms of achieving stated financial and operating objectives. The position will report to the Manager, Revenue Planning and Analysis.
Reporting and Analysis
* Overseeing the quantification of revenue growth for both new and existing customers, managing diverse revenue growth components
* Managing multiple revenue growth models, including those for new customers and existing customer base management
* Reporting on revenue growth variances to the executive leadership team, offering meaningful analysis and suggestions for improving performance
* Developing processes to manage growth drivers at the regional level, linking activity to the P&L
* Creating a streamlined process for ingesting forecast and budget assumptions from cross-functional departments
* Reviewing revenue growth drivers and investigate/explain variances to plan
* Preparing offer sizing, business cases, and track the performance of new initiatives
* Developing ad-hoc reporting as needed
Budgeting & Forecasting
* Assist Manager with the following:
o Preparation of financial and statistical growth projections / forecast plans and budgets
o Compile monthly risk analysis, variance analysis
* Partnering with Sales & Product Management teams to obtain Forecast/Budget assumptions as well as the Customer Experience and Growth teams
* Assisting team in developing an effective reporting structure to track and explain the financial performance
*2 years' experience in financial planning & analysis or business performance fields preferred
*Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge required
*Ability to collaborate in a cross functional environment.
*Experience with SQL and relational database management systems strongly preferred
*Strong organizational and analytical skills
*Strong written and oral communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area required
* 2 years experience in financial planning and analysis or business performance fields preferred
* Experience with SQL and relational database management systems strongly preferred
* Ability to collaborate in a cross functional environment
* Ability to develop and review ROIs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and act quickly with demonstrable judgment
* Well-organized and detail oriented
* Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities at once and prioritize without jeopardizing deadlines
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrated speed to market skills, and nimble to change direction
* Collaborative and team oriented
* Proficient knowledge, with proven experience of Microsoft Office applications

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/ year.
