Responsibilities
We're seeking a Manager of Client Insights to support measurement and attribution insights for a leading media client. The Manager of Insights role will work with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives, analyze cross-platform tuning data and post-campaign performance, and manage project timelines. You will work closely with the Data Analytics, Data Strategy, and Data Engineering teams to help develop scalable solutions and identify trends in behavior that will impact creation and selling of a4 Media products.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Provide custom client insights across advanced multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling, tune-in analytics, and multi-screen viewing behavior. Create and deliver compelling data driven presentations / dashboards with actionable insights for clients and internal sales teams
- Serve as a thought leader and day to day point person for growing client practice focused on MMM and MTA.
- Partner with Sales teams across a4 to understand clients' business objectives and needs, define the required scope of work, and identify analytical, data-driven approaches to answer key client questions.
Qualifications
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, applied science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or psychology. MBA a plus.
- 4-6 years' experience in marketing analytics strategy or marketing consulting, in a client-facing role
- Exceptional data, analytics, and quantitative acumen with understanding of tools like marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, data management platforms, customer segmentation, and/or customer identity management, or similar experience such as predictive analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate business objectives and data into clear insights and communicate with external clients, internal cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Significant experience explaining data, marketing optimization and analytics to unsophisticated audiences
- Strong client management skills and an ability to build relationships with senior executives
- Team oriented and collaborative approach with a demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn new methods and tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, DOMO or Google Data Studio).
