Reporting to the Service Vice President, Business Engagement & Technology Strategy, the Senior Director is responsible for creating and maintaining highly effective partnerships with Product Management, Sales, Customer Experience, Project Management Office, IT and Field Operations. Working in support of an assigned client team, the Senior Director will work to identify and obtain participation from cross-functional core teams, including matrixed project managers, with guidance from senior product development and technology leadership. The Senior Director will build program plans and maintains program record and works with the core team to identify and schedule all the work for end-to-end deployment required to fulfill program scope. Working closely with the Project Management Office and Procurement, the Enablement and Engagement Team communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. This includes managing proposed changes to program parameters and works with Enterprise Program Management Office and Program Managers to ensure successful delivery of products.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00-$230,265.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
