Responsibilities
Reporting to the Corporate Enterprise System Sr Director, the incumbent will predominately support: All Corporate Enterprise Systems
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functional:
- Strong knowledge across the Human Resources, Benefits,Payroll, Learning and Corporate Talent Acquisition functions to be able to produce detailed reports across the enterprise.
- In collaboration with the HRIT and with input from key stakeholders, participate in the Corporate Enterprise System technology roadmap.
- Analyze new functionality requests and business requests.
- Work directly with other HR Technology & Analytics resources on large scale implementation projects.
- Participate in planning and/or delivering education sessions for newly available functionality.
- Analyze the data.
- Participate in the planning and management of upgrades and new releases process including preparing documentation and team communications as needed.
- Host/participate in regular meetings to introduce new functionality, review bug-fixes; collect user feedback.
Technical Expertise
- The focus of this position is development and data analysis including complex reporting, strong excel skills.Manage work through Jira
- Knowledge of HCM required, PeopleSoft or Successfactors a plus
- Provide basic technical support for HR systems including troubleshooting bugs and issues via research, testing, and scenario re-creation.
- Participate on HR Technology & Analytics project teams by performing business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, documentation development, communication, etc.
- Participate in bi-weekly HR Technology & Analytics team meetings and all related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area preferred
- 5-7 HR Systems experience required.
- Knowledge of several of the following is an asset: PeopleSoft, BI/XML Publisher, HTML, SQL, Excel Macros, Outlook forms, or Access queries.
- Deep knowledge of HRMS and ERP systems.
- General understanding of HR, Finance and IT business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues.
- Thrives in a fast- paced environment where multitasking and prioritization is necessary.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
- Ability to handle change effectively.
