ALTIVIA is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to own the full spectrum of the hiring plan: from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires for both corporate and operational roles.
Corporate Recruiter responsibilities include creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates, and seeking out new candidate sources. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting efforts for Houston corporate office and various salary positions as assigned for plant sites
- Provide HR support for Houston corporate office; onboarding new hires and employee relations
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify and define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
- Responsible for evaluating existing talent acquisition procedures and making recommendations for improvement
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and universities to participate in job fairs and networking events and help to develop an internship program
- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
- Set hiring goals (e.g., quarterly and annual)
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill
- Source high-quality candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
- Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings)
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
- Oversight of social media recruiting efforts (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, human resources management, or a related field
- Work experience as an In-house Recruiter
- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
- Experience with social media recruiting
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
