We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Enterprise Technology Account Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is a hybrid work arrangement.
In this role you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Information Technology (IT) strategy and operations within Altria’s manufacturing environment. This role is the single point of contact for manufacturing technology needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.• Collaborate with senior management to align D&T initiatives with overall business and manufacturing strategies.• Coordinate the integration and management of IT systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and other relevant technologies.• Establish and enforce data governance practices to ensure the integrity and security of manufacturing data.• Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights that can optimize manufacturing processes and inform strategic decision-making.• Directly Lead IT projects to improve manufacturing systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems to ensure the continuity of manufacturing operations.• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IT vendors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.• Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in IT services.• Ensure that IT systems and practices follow industry regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing.• Build and lead a strong IT team, providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.• Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational priorities.• Implement processes for continuous evaluation and improvement of IT solutions to adapt to changing manufacturing needs.• Communicate effectively with manufacturing leaders and other partners, providing updates on IT initiatives and their impact on manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.• Extensive experience in IT management, with a focus on manufacturing environments.• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and the role of IT in optimizing operations.• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading multi-functional teams.• In-depth knowledge of MES systems• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners.• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in manufacturing.
