The Role You’ll Play

Are you an ambitious materials leader, ready to be a change agent for a large, high-volume manufacturing plant? Who You Are

• Accustomed to the complexity of managing materials, inventory, and operations in large manufacturing environments.
• Skilled at developing high-performing teams, having a proven track record of leading and mentoring direct reports in the past.
• Adept at data analysis and applying the right data to understand constraints at a macro level and create processes to tackle the biggest priorities for each value stream.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization, from the CEO to production teams on the floor.
• Comfortable planning and running plant-wide inventory annually and directing all of the personnel and resources necessary for accurate counts.
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty to drill down into root causes and drive operational efficiency upward across both value streams and the materials department.
