Location: Altru Health System PO Box 6002 Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Range: $60,715.20 - $91,083.20 Summary: This is a fully remote position. The Payer Revenue Management Analyst will be responsible for working closely with all Revenue Cycle disciplinary teams including, but not limited to, reimbursement, coding, billing, follow up, denials and patient accounts. Essential Job Functions: · Reviews and analyzes payer performance · Identifies any payment related trends · Models our reimbursement contracts to provide recommendations to the Director of Payer Revenue Management to assist with payer contracting. · Prepares and helps facilitate the contract negotiation process · Analyze payer reimbursement trends · Implement and analyze reimbursement key performance indicators · Works closely with reimbursement analysts to ensure system set up is accurate and timely · Manages storage of payer contracting documents · Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
