JOB POSITION: Tape Operator
Essential Job Duties:
- Be able to retrieve and read the process flow card
- Understand the set-up sheet for the tape cut to be set up
- Know where to get empty boxes if need
- Be able to retrieve and return the die and associated tooling from the storage
- Understand the work instructions on how to do the set-up
- Know how to do the operations as specified in the instructions
- Be able to make adjustments so the tape cut is exactly as it should be
- Confirm with hand tape or tape lead supervisor before starting an order
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED (preferred), Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to work in cooperation with others. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to take direction from supervisors. Must be able to communicate effectively with others. Must be reliable to come to work and have reliable form of transportation.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: This position requires individuals to constantly be on their feet. They must be able to stand for long periods, sit, walk, push, pull, bend, climb and be able to move/lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud.
Scheduled Shift:
Monday - Thursday
6 am to 4:30 pm

$15.25
