What we need:
The Maintenance Planner will work with Managers, Supervisors, and Leads to create and ensure completion of planned maintenance on all required equipment. You will work with time and attendance, purchasing parts and supplies to keep the department running smoothly.
Job Requirements:
Planned maintenance on IFS
Time and attendance
Purchasing parts and supplies as needed by the department.
Help ensure all required training is completed.
Environmental compliance as required.
Ensure adherence to APP’s policies and procedures, including our code of conduct and ethics policy, product safety, employee safety and cultural beliefs.
Ensure adherence to all process specifications.
Support the Plant quality system goals / improvements & productivity goals / improvements within the scope of the job.
Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous improvement.
Participate in LEAN manufacturing and SPC activities as required.
Maintain an acceptable attendance record.
Follow and respect supervisor’s direction.
Ensure quality parts to meet customers’ and APP’s requirements.
Work at an acceptable level of productivity.
Maintain a non-combative, positive work attitude.
Uphold safe and honest work habits and practices.

Skill Requirements:
High school diploma.
Working experience with planned maintenance software.
Above average computer skills.
Knowledge of IFS navigation.
Possess the ability to create preventive maintenance work orders.
Have the ability to learn how to complete reports for outside environmental agencies
Research parts and supplies to ensure orders are placed and received as needed
In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person (U.S. Person = a natural person who is a lawful permanent resident as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or who is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time.
Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Compensation: $20.50 - $28.00 an hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
