We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with hands-on application development experience.
Job Description
Work in a collaborative environment with teams across A&M and within A&MPLIFY to drive clients’ Digital Transformation in a broad range of industries which solve business problems and create value by leveraging client and external data. Must want and be willing to be hands on.
The Technical Architect will:
- Be flexible to be Hands On
- Envision, develop, communicate, and deploy new technical products and services to clients, including Enterprise Architects, and interact with the C-Suite at client organizations.
- Make assessments of client current state and make recommendations across a broad landscape of industries.
- Build roadmaps and develop architecture blueprints to achieve client’s overall vision.
- Serve in a hands-on environment in rapid prototype and application development.
- Work in agile and scrum environments to develop and deploy applications in AWS, GCP and/or MS Azure cloud platforms and services to build large, scalable and secure solutions
- Lead an on- and offshore delivery team of up to thirty resources.
- Provide guidance on engagements to ensure successful delivery while balancing client initiatives.
This is a hybrid role spanning remote, client, and in-office work locations and
requires occasional travel.
Qualifications
- 5 years of technical architect experience with a heavy focus on Cloud Computing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Deep front- and back-end development experience, including Java, SQL, React, in a large cloud environment.
- Strong consulting experience in a client-facing, large environment.
- Proven program management experience and decision making at the PMO/CoE level.
- Has the ability to advise clients on Adobe best practices as well as to be technically hands on as needed.
- Excellent team-oriented, executive presence and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in consulting.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and present solutions to business partners and customers.
- Ability to perform in an individual contributor role, while also excelling as a leader in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP a plus
- Kubernetes, Service Fabric and similar tools and technologies
- Artificial Intelligence or Advanced Analytics experience
- Product Management background
The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: irector: $150,000 - $225,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on several factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
