The Operations Manager is an internal role within the PEPI practice, reporting directly to leadership. Location is flexible. Our PEPI services include: Pre-Acquisition Operations M&A Services Interim Management Rapid Results Supply Chain CFO Services Job Description: The successful candidate will be a dedicated, people and solutions-oriented problem solver charged with the end-to-end administrative and operations management of a service line practice, but not limited to effective resources management, staff utilization oversight, administration of performance evaluation process, and delivery of key information for leadership decision making. Responsibilities: The Operations Manager will be responsible to manage, support, and coordinate with the PEPI team on the following items: Pipeline tracking reporting, communication, and compliance Lead key activities related to Practice Staffing. Support weekly staffing call and maintain tracking tool Facilitate internal service line communications Proactively manage resource utilization and capacity management Collaborate with other operations/staffing coordinators in the firm to understand larger resource availability and demand. Facilitate the borrowing and lending of staff as appropriate. Ensure the execution of PEPI's performance management process and provide oversight of the Performance Management program Coordinate recruiting activities and on-boarding of new hires Maintain the service line’s skills matrix Conduct Project Administration and Project Close compliance Provide operational support in the development, roll-out and maintenance of technology tools Qualifications: 4 years of professional services experience, understanding project-based work.
