Over the last 15 years our Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich and Birmingham and we are now launching our TAG practice in Madrid. TAG is now a very established and highly active practice in the UK and globally, working for premium clients on high profile deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates and LBO’s. Our office in Birmingham is growing quickly and we are now looking for an ambitious Associate to work on a range of high-profile FDD projects both within the UK and globally. As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to; Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in the UK, across Europe & globally, working closely with our Managing Directors Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships Be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in beginning to develop new client relationships. Essential experience: Big 4 qualified ACA with first time passes and a strong academic record Experience in Audit or in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) is essential Native or fluent English is required.
