Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director to support our executive team in the Global People Organization (GPO). The Operations Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the global organization, providing strategic and tactical support to the executive team, and fostering collaboration across the human resources function.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing complex projects and facilitating effective communication channels within the GPO and with key stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will have strong project and program management skills and the ability to both craft strategy and dive into execution to drive impact across Global People Organization projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the GPO leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and operational plans. Provide insights and recommendations to align the GPO strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage key GPO projects and initiatives from conception to implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Serve as a liaison between the GPO and other business units, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and partnerships to support organizational goals and enhance employee experience and engagement.
- Establish mechanisms to track and monitor HR performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate HR performance, progress against goals, and areas for improvement to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives by providing change management expertise and guidance to HR leaders and employees.
- Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and training materials to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to HR leadership, offering strategic insights and recommendations
- 10 years of related professional experience in Human Resources, project management, consulting or other related experience, required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience developing and executing performance development programs, compensation and total rewards strategies
- Deep analytical skills with ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations, financial acumen and ability to build and manage budgets, models, etc.
- Ability to handle ad hoc projects as business requirements emerge and evolve
- Experience in large, matrixed and global organizations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
