Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate Case Manager to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As an Case Manager you will manage cases for assigned clients and assure that each client receives continuous active treatment in accordance with his/her individual program plan (IPP), case plan, or equivalent. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and correspond with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts. Employees will engage with clients on a consistent basis and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques in order to foster and promote healthy decision making and positive interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or other related field.
Associates degree or 3 years prior experience.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
