What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Recruiter for Home Care Agency position at Always Best Care Senior Services?
We are a leading Senior Care agency seeking a motivated recruiter to assist in building our caregiver, companion and CNA/Home Health Aide roster list
The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resource Manager and the Staffing Department and will sometimes wear many hats (we are a small, busy office!)
The Recruitment Coordinator job duties include (but are not limited to):
- Sourcing and attracting in-home care workers through advertising, cold calls, searching job databases, utilizing social media, and follow up with referrals
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions; verifying previous employment, conducting background checks
- Carefully vetting and on-boarding candidates to assure excellent representation of the Always Best Care brand
- Ensuring the staffing department can meet their goals and staff all shifts by keeping a wide range of caregivers varying in availability and personality
- Building relationships with potential applicants, and current and past employees to build on referral sources and to keep a steady stream of new workers available
- Heavy phone coverage
Requirements:
- Must live in the local area (we are in Belmont, MA)
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, positive, customer service-oriented
- Computer and social-media savvy
Preferred:
- Recruiting, customer services and/or sales experience
- Driver's License and vehicle (we all run local errands!)
- College degree or some college coursework

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
