Always Compassionate Home Care is in need of certified Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide (HHA/PCA) to work cases on Long Island, NY!

Qualifications:

• Must have NYS certification for PCA & HHA's
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid19
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meets health state requirements
• Recent physical
• 2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Blood Test
• Two References (1 Professional, 1 Personal)
• Positive and compassionate attitude

Responsibilities

• Must be able to read patient's care plan
• Observes and monitors changes in patient condition
• Maintain healthful, safe environment.
• Provide nutritional and environmental support.
• Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.
• Provide medication reminders

**Pay rate is spoken about upon hire. Pay rate will is case dependent**
