Home Care Nurses or Start of Care Nurses to open cases.
Always Compassionate Home Care is a licensed Home Health Care Agency that provides the highest quality of community home-based services, combined with exceptional compassion and innovation to enhance each patient’s quality of life.
We currently need experienced RNs for start-of-care visits. The RN would assess patients' needs and develop the Plan of Care, which home care workers would follow.
Job Requirements:
- NYS Registered Nursing License or Registration
- BCLS or ACLS -The American Heart Association
- Physical
- Two-step PPD or Quantiferon Gold
- MMR/Titers Lab Report
- Covid-19 Vaccination encouraged but not required
- Two forms for government ID’s
- Two satisfactory references/letter(s) of recommendation
Job Types: Per Diem
Salary Paid Per Visit:
- SOC $200
- Recerts $ 100
- 3 month/post hospital/change in status $60
- required to do a minimum of 8 visits/week
