Job Type: Part time

Job Pay: $18-20

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9-4PM
  • Occasional weekends & evenings as needed

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Team Lead your job will be to lead a team of 20-30 caregivers. This will include in field training, managing, and motivating the team in order to ensure their individual and team goals are met. You will be showing them correct practices, procedures, and influencing them in a positive way that allows your team to be a part of the fun and exciting work culture.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for training all new caregivers.
  • You will be responsible for collection of client rent
  • You will be responsible for managing ICS Move in and Move outs
  • Coordinate and plan monthly client social events
  • Attend client intake assessments
  • Attend weekly management meetings with team
  • Monthly On- Call schedule
  • Manage client maintenance requests
  • Manage and restock inventory rooms
  • Manage company vehicle maintenance upkeep
  • Restock client apartment and binders weekly
  • Manage and maintenance staff rooms
  • Groundskeeping of ICS properties
  • Team lead is responsible for completed tasks assigned to them by the designated manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass DHS background check
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Weekends as needed
