Performs general accounts payable and receivable activities. Assists as backup in accounts payable and receivable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process expense reports
- Process Accounts Payable invoices for payment
- Assist with the audit of check-runs and EFT's as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists in special accounting projects, as needed.
REPORTS
- AR/AP Supervisor
EDUCATION
- Some college level accounting or equivalent business experience.
SKILLS
- Basic computer knowledge (word processing and spreadsheets)
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Detail oriented
PAY RATE $21.00-$22.00HR
TRAVEL
- Very little travel
