This position joins a team of senior care professionals dedicated to providing the best possible services to adults, seniors and individuals with disabilities needing assistance to remain safely in their home for as long as possible. This position plays a vital role in the selection and engagement of A-Level Caregiver talent to assist our clients. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of caregivers and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

• Local travel required to recruit at nursing schools, attend job fairs, partner with schools

• Manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, perform phone screenings and conduct face-to-face interviews

• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations in Ohio

• Perform background and reference checks

• Manage onboarding and new hire process

• Conduct orientation classes with new hires 1-2 times per week

• Conduct caregiver trainings

• Responsible for Caregiver Retention and Recognition through acknowledgement and incentive programs

• Schedule shifts by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to clients’ needs

• Communicate new assignments and/or schedule changes to caregivers and clients

• Work under time pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously

• Follow-up with prospective clients over the phone and complete Intake Form

Successful applicants should meet these requirements:

• Have a high school diploma

• 2 years of recruiting or sales experience preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• A self-starter with the ability to adapt to a variety of changing duties and priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and must be able to master scheduling software (training will be provided)

• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

• Solid understanding of Ohio employment laws and regulations

• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
