Summary of the role:

Are you the next Implementation Project Manager (Implementation Project Specialist) we are looking for?

  • You will be a member of a team responsible for oversight of all Implementation activities related to installation and deployment of Hospitality products and services from post-sale, through transition to Support.
  • You will perform in a fast-paced environment and project work may range from managing standard repeatable services to custom software work.


In this role you’ll:

  • Primary responsibility is management of software installation and associated services.
  • Conduct project hand-off with sales and customer kick-off calls.
  • Understand customer’s business needs and establish timeline.
  • Secure resources and communicate deliverables.
  • Understands technical aspects of the Amadeus solution and ensures they meet client requirements
  • Review and approve all information/documentation that is sent to our customer base and is the transition point for all incoming and outgoing hand offs within the organization.
  • Responsible for effective and efficient delivery of all services at the highest quality.
  • Responsible for forecasting accurate project revenue streams.
  • Primary point of contact for customer and Amadeus Hospitality’s resources pertaining to the implementation.
  • Monitor project manage scope changes and execute change orders.
  • Responsible for accurately tracking and approving project tasks and associated revenue.
  • Manage all first-level project or customer issues and problem escalation.
  • Conducts project post-mortems and implements change when necessary
  • May participate in client facing meetings and lead project planning sessions to develop project strategy – a strong understanding of the customer business needs and goals is required


About the ideal candidate:

  • Education: BS Degree is Business or Project Management or related field, or equivalent Professional qualifications.
  • Relevant Work Experience: 2-5 years customer-facing project implementation management experience in a software implementation role is required.
  • Business Understanding:
    • Experience with Deploying solutions in a SaaS environment desired
    • Hospitality Background a plus
  • Skills:
    • Computing: Microsoft office suite; Salesforce experience desired
    • Languages: English fluency required
    • Specific Knowledge: Very strong organization and time management skills
  • Other:
    • Ability to lead and communicate to the Project team to keep them motivated and focused on delivery, adaptable to overcome the challenges encountered during the program and able keep stakeholders informed and involved as necessary.
    • Possess strong written and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, leadership and contributors (from both internal and Customer), with a mix of diplomacy and assertiveness
