We are looking for Business Systems Analyst position to work out of Arlington, TX
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze data using SQL and Excel for reporting and data mining purposes.
- Ability to meet expected delivery dates and the tasks necessary to achieve objectives.
- Excellent computer skills and conversance in information technology issues
- Deadline oriented.
- Strong in the use of Microsoft Office software including strong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining purposes.
- Strong people skills including the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of prior analysis experience in an Information Technology environment required.
- Need strong experience inAPI integration, Writing User Stories
- Experience in auto finance industry and loan originationsystems preferred.
- Experience inAgile development methodologies preferred.
- Experience in Data Modeling AND Data Visualization
- Right hand person of the PO craft requirements, write user stories, bring in external vendor products and work with partners on vendor side.
Knowledge
- Advanced knowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions
- Advanced knowledge of loan originationsystems andbusinessoperations
- Advanced knowledge of the CorporateBusinesssolution environment
- Advanced knowledge in gathering and documenting Epics, Features and Stories in anAgile environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Advanced knowledge ofscripting languages (Ex: JavaScript, Pythonetc)
- Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards, and best practices
