Amazing Blades Landscaping is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7:30am until 4:00pm.

Duties:
Answer phones and collect necessary information
Explain accurately what is included in services offered
Schedule meetings with Managers for estimates
Provide accurate pricing for mowing & maintenance services offered
Answer service questions and handle customer concerns
Update customer information in database during and after each call
Provide estimates to leads and current clients on services
Maintain 5 star customer service relating to leads and clients
Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Work with the management team on any issues that arise in a timely fashion
Represent the company in a positive manner and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service
Other duties as assigned by management
Skills:
Computer Knowledge/Experience required
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly demeanor on the phone
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a construction type field with multiple types of personalities
The ability to have fun and be a part of the Amazing culture we have worked so hard to accomplish
Attention to detail is a must
Bilingual is a huge plus!
