As a Clinical Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations. Your responsibilities will encompass upholding quality assurance programs, educating staff on home health statutes and administrative regulations, and supervising field personnel under your purview.

Position Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of three years' experience in home health, with at least one year in clinical management or administrative roles within the home health sector.

  • Demonstrate a keen aptitude for acquiring, assimilating, and applying contemporary healthcare practices.

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, taking ownership of work procedures and effectively leading teams.

  • Proficient in problem-solving, with a knack for navigating complex situations with finesse.

  • Thorough understanding of statutory and administrative regulations governing State and Federal Agencies.

  • Hold a current State license as a Registered Nurse, along with a valid CPR card and State Driver's License.
