Speech Therapist

For over 20 years, Amazing Care Pediatric Home Health has been dedicated to providing exceptional speech therapy to children across Texas. As one of the oldest and most reputable pediatric home health providers in the state, with over 200 therapists and counting, we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of Texas kids and their families.

We are currently seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapists to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. If you are passionate about pediatric care and looking to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Compensation:

• Full-Time: $91,000 to $145,600 annually (25-35 visits per week)
• Part-Time: $37,000 to $83,000 annually (10-20 visits per week)

Pediatric Speech Therapist Job Qualifications:

• Develops skilled and high-quality care plans that meet the needs of the patient and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results
• Creating and implementing speech therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Assists pediatric and young adult patients to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing and/or social/emotional functioning and improves their level of independence.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Speech Therapist preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
• Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
• Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.
