Home & Commercial Decoration Importer in Ontario, CA is looking for Accounting Clerk.
Job Responsibility:
- Follow up with customers for Past Due Invoices.
- Send daily invoices and monthly statements to customers.
- Collect Checks, make deposit arrangements and process credit card charge.
- Process RMA for return merchandise and Issue Credit Memo / Refunds.
- Coordinate and assist with Payroll.
- Input Bank transactions into Quickbooks.
- Prepare all monthly reports as required.
- Process A/P Payments.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year accounting experience with strong accounting skills and knowledge.
- Able to work independently, detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task.
- Reliable, accurate and organized.
- Must be fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Quickbooks is preferred
