Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to design and implement software solutions for new Amazon Devices
- Design data collection studies and experiments, prototype and implement new learning algorithms and prediction techniques to build innovative product features
- Understand algorithm performance with sensitivity to customer needs and equitable outcomes
- Contribute to progress of the Amazon and broader research communities by producing publications
- Able to work in a diverse team
- Excellent communication and sensitive to customer needs
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Experience in building ML models for consumer electronics
