We are a new small team within Seller Fulfillment Services, where we are dedicated to enhancing fulfillment capabilities for sellers across Amazon marketplaces through innovation. We are seeking proactive and analytical individuals to fill the role of Program Support Associate.
Key job responsibilities
As a Program Support Associate, you will:
Conduct thorough investigations of merchant accounts and enforce policies and performance standards to mitigate risks to Amazon, our buyers, and fellow merchants.
Engage with buyers, merchants, and other stakeholders to make informed decisions that uphold the integrity of Amazon marketplaces.
Maintain high productivity and quality standards in your investigative work.
Contribute to special projects that enhance customer and seller experiences, as well as improve team processes.
Demonstrate flexibility by working weekends and beyond standard work hours, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
