Program Coordinator , Ring

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of work experience with career progression in the field of training, HR, Talent Acquisition, or similar teams
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in program administration and team coordination
• 1 years of proven project management and program management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint

Job summary
We are seeking a skilled, motivated and customer obsessed Program Coordinator with a history of high performance and creativity to support our CS Learning & Development (L&D) team at Ring. The Program Coordinator organizes various learning initiatives to support the learning and development of our Ring team members. This position is responsible for collaborating with our operational stakeholders across CS to coordinate and organize training events, programs and initiatives. In addition to collaborating with members of our L&D team, the coordinator must build effective working relationships with our partners in CS Operations, HR, WFM, Facilities, Recruiting, IT, external vendors and of course our learners to deliver on our customer promise.

We expect the Program Coordinator to be a passionate customer and learner advocate, to communicate clearly and concisely in a way which motivates others to action, to have proven capabilities in managing projects as well as to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage, often competing, priorities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to continuously improve the process of supporting learning initiatives.

This role can work out of the following locations: Glendale/Mesa AZ, Malvern PA, Mayfield OH, Austin TX, Hawthorn CA, or North Redding MA.

Key job responsibilities

• Coordination of learning initiatives
• Demonstrate professionalism and mastery of core job duties and accept increasing levels of responsibility
• Coordinate the logistics of learning programs for CS
• Partner with L&D Program Manager to communicate new product offerings and programmatic updates
• Partner with CS stakeholders to action feedback on program offerings and make recommendations for changes based on needs
• Support L&D Program Manager in partnership with WFM to schedule and coordinate learning initiatives based on training calendar and priorities of launch dates
• Analyze learning data to troubleshoot and identify improvements to current processes
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Self-starter
• Superb communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform well despite complex or ambiguous challenges
• Experience with learning management systems such as KNet (Cornerstone), Maestro, Canvas
• Have a deep interest in workflow optimization
