Our team works on enabling our customer relationship and lifecycle marketing via the development of the tools, infrastructure, and data integrations required to manage high-scale, personalized customer interactions with Amazon's leading digital music products. Our team has ownership across Music’s web properties, e-mail, in-app, and push channels as well as building cross-channel capabilities to automate customer communications with the right message, at the right time, and via in the right channel. You will be responsible for leading the effort to invent and build many new solutions that solve variety of customer facing problems. You'll do this by bringing your own passion for music and by obsessing over the customer's experience using our service. You'll also bring your genius architectural chops to drive engineering improvements. Open to hiring in San Francisco and Atlanta.
