Amazon’s Technology Sourcing and Infrastructure team (TSI) is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist focused on technology hardware and support services.

The TSI Infrastructure Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in the logistics and supply chain management for the Engine organization. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of products (and potentially services) to our internal customers. The individual plays a key role in executing delivery strategies, implementing best practices, and resolving complex logistics-related issues around the world. Their expertise helps organizations navigate the complex world of logistics and supply chain management effectively. They contribute to cost reduction, improved customer satisfaction, and overall business success by optimizing the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers and establish monitoring processes, where applicable, to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
Project Management: Track and report project progress and performance, proactively identify risks, issues and manage mitigation plans when necessary.
Performance Metrics: Work in partnership with internal customers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish monitoring processes against program objectives.
Reporting: Issue statistical or detailed reporting for stakeholders as requested, retrieving data from multiple sources, and working with BI to develop dashboards as required. Preparing and presenting regular reports to management with insights, recommendations, and updates on delivery performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, international business or a related field (master’s degree may be preferred)
2 years of relevant business experience.
2 years of experience in advanced Excel, SQL (or other relevant database querying language)
1 year of experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Fluency in English, written and verbal.
Proven experience with creating metrics and presenting data effectively.
Strong data analysis skills: the ability to extract and synthesize data to make data-backed business decisions.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $51,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $106,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
