Become a Delivery Associate / Driver with Team Tillman Transports, (T-3) LLC
T-3 Transports delivers Amazon packages to residential & commercial customers at their homes, apartments and businesses across the Waynesboro, Virginia area. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver you will be the face of our company, providing delivery services 3-5 days per week using vehicles from T-3 fleet. Associates will be delivering 200 packages per day. The company performs deliveries 7 days per week, 361 days a year.
Eligibility Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• Can repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Has a valid US driver’s license with no at-fault accidents or excessive tickets
• Is legally eligible to work in the US without additional endorsements

Required Qualifications:

• Clean driving record (MVR check will be performed).
• No At-Fault Accidents.
• No DUI convictions.
• No Points on your record.
• No active (unfulfilled) criminal actions.

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Job Description.
As a delivery driver for T-3, you will be the company’s direct representative to our customers as well as the general public at-large. Drivers will operate company vehicles to deliver packages weighing up to 50 lbs., throughout the greater Waynesboro area. Drivers may qualify for healthcare benefits and up to 2 weeks of paid-time-off (PTO). Drivers are also able to earn additional benefits including quarterly bonuses, on-call pay and rescue service awards based on meeting specified performance criteria.

• Work delivery routes scheduled up to 10 hours per day to include a 30-minute meal and two 15- minute breaks.
• Work a retail-like schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Work 3 to 5 days per week during standard periods.
• Work additional shifts as needed during peak sales periods (i.e., Prime week, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Be on-call to support unexpected surges or rescue routes.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections at the start of your route.
• Perform post-trip vehicle inspections at the end of your route.
• Refuel and return vans to the delivery station at the end of your shift (company provides fuel cards).
• Maintain your assigned vehicle in good condition including removing all trash & debris at the end of your route.
• Return your assigned Smartphone device and keys and debrief your manager at the end of your route.
• Wear the company’s uniform while on duty.
• Practice and enforce SAFETY at all times.
• Adhere to ALL company policies, procedures and directives.
• Promote the company’s image as a world-class delivery service organization.
