Benefits & Scheduling:

• $23.00-27.00/ hour (paid biweekly) Starting pay is 23.00/hr (opportunities for pay increase based on performance and tenure.)

• 10 hour shifts are typical. Shift starts at 7:00am (no other shift start time available)
• We have the largest step van fleet in the region! If interested and qualified, we can get you DOT certified to drive those step-vans. This comes with a bump in pay.
• 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical for full time associates with 3 days off
• Expect morning/daytime shift with at least one weekend day.
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch break.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully and safely handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies. Drivers are monitored while on road and held to safety expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions.
• Keep pace in very physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations. (Route typically consists of 200 packages)
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle in a timely, safe manner
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to team offsite.
• Must be able to lift and move packages of up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to use GPS and device/app technology proficiently.
• Must be available to work at least 1 weekend day and be flexible to business scheduling needs especially in peak seasons.
