Driver Trainee Program (Class A CDL) for Amazon Freight Partner

POST training completion

Compensation: $50k-$70k yearly take-home pay + benefits

Weekly Schedule: 3-4 days per week

It's finally here, Fidelis Trucking Corporation has opened it's doors to help YOU obtain a CDL class A. If accepted, not only will you be receiving exceptional training, you'll be getting paid while doing so!

We work closely with 160 Driving Academy where you'll receive first class training. The program will consists of 5 days a week, 8 hour days for 6 weeks.

You're getting compensated to train! You're looking at $16 an hour while enrolled with the academy, upon successfully completing your training, you'll join the ranks as a company driver starting at $23 with growing potential.

Our main focus for the academy is promote wellness and safety amongst our drivers. Attending 160 driving academy will set you to have an advantage over other applicants.

We are a local small business with the benefits of a large company. We haul for Amazon and make on-the-spot offers contingent on meeting eligibility and background check requirements.

Driver's Duties:

• Drop and hook to Amazon facilities

• Local and Regional routes available. Depending on company's need at the time of employment offer, applicant and owner will discuss what routing is open to he/she before moving forward

• Full time employment with only 3 days out of the week! Additional work and OT is available upon request and if performance meets company standard or during high traffic times throughout the year

Qualifications:

• Be 21 years of age or older

• Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical

• Able to speak, read, and write in English

• Must satisfy Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements imposed by the DOT

• Must have a positive Drive-A-Check (DAC) Report

• Pass a DOT-required drug screen

• Able to learn and use hand held technology devices

• Be able to learn and use smart phone applications such as GPS

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 + years of experience using hand held technology devices

• 1 + years of experience using smart phone applications such as GPS

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
