Job summary
Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can apply your UX design skills, your digital marketing skills and analytical abilities to create great customer experiences? We are seeking a talented, driven and creative digital marketing expert to join the Solutions Library Customer Experience team to help grow, manage, and scale the recently redesigned Solutions Library. We work across organizations with a wide range of stakeholders to build and maintain a library of content curated for AWS customers across business and technical domains.

The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in B2B website design as well as content strategy and site performance analysis in order to drive continuous improvement to the customer experience in the Solutions Library. To be successful you will need to work through ambiguity and competing priorities to establish clear processes, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside our team.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage the Solutions Library in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including building new pages and editing existing pages
  • Design new page templates and layouts
  • Implement new features and functionality
  • Use data and testing to optimize and improve customer experiences in the Solutions Library
  • Curate content within the Solutions Library and maintain content freshness; manage digital assets in multiple content repositories
  • Develop and manage key success metrics and site performance data, and translate that to apply insights and enhance mechanisms and processes to support a culture of continuous improvement

  • Experience managing web content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience in website reporting with Adobe Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects at a team level.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role

The pay range for this position in New York City is $142,120 - $192,279/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
