We are looking for passionate and talented Front-end Engineers to join us to innovate on this new service that addresses customer needs to build modern contact centers in the cloud. You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center, and get the opportunity to design and deliver scaleable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.
Key job responsibilities
- Solve difficult front-end engineering problems, applying appropriate technologies, UX patterns and best practices.
- Use common user interface design patterns to decrease friction between the customer and software.
- Instrument software with real user metrics (e.g., taps/clicks, feature interaction, performance, fatals) to provide data and protect the customer experience by using alarms and monitors.
- Proficient with debugging, profiling, and analysis tools used to support front-end applications
- Focus on operational excellence, constructively identifying problems and proposing solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of professional non-internship experience with front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of professional non-internship experience with front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
- Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks like React and Angular
- Track record delivering correct, stable, performant, and secure front-end software
- Familiarity with object-oriented design and RESTful web services
- Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language, e.g. Java, Ruby, Python, PHP, C#, or Node.js. Experience using JavaScript transpilers and build tools
- Experience instrumenting applications with real user metrics to reflect the customer experience
