DESCRIPTION
Amazon’s DSP Solutions team seeks a Principal Product Manager - Technical to develop privacy-forward targeting and measurement capabilities using techniques such as Modeled Audience Expansion, Attribution and Chrome Privacy Sandbox APIs based Targeting and Measurement. Today, the Amazon DSP offers a variety of audience targeting mechanisms that enable behavioral targeting using deterministic user identifiers, such as first party identifiers, third party cookies and application advertising identifiers. Of these, third party cookies and advertising IDs have been deprecated by major platform vendors, and these need to be replaced by durable alternatives that deliver robust support for advertising use cases of targeting, frequency management, invalid traffic detection and more. Non Deterministic delivery methods such as probabilistic audience decoration and contextual targeting offer privacy safe alternatives to deterministic ad serving and provide a viable performant alternative going ahead. This role will be responsible for evaluating and implementing techniques such as these to support Amazon DSPs future expansion strategy.
Key job responsibilities
Specifically, this role will be responsible for-
* Driving the articulation of requirements for targeting and measurement capabilities using id-less solutions, to ensure that its implementation enables the ADSP to optimally implement new campaign delivery and outcome measurement techniques.
* Designing and delivering the platform tech to support new types of campaigns, including their target audiences, applicable inventory, budgets and frequency limits. Engage with partner teams that are embedded across the Amazon DSP stack to deliver these requirements.
* Own strategic objectives around key aspects of the ADSP products, including its growth tactics, key investment areas and industry partnerships.
* Own and drive Monthly business reviews and reporting of program success against executive goals, long term strategy for the platform as well as annual planning cycles.
* Providing leadership in driving the customer experience so there is transparency into these requirements, and ease of complying with these policy mandates.

You will coordinate complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through product and business requirements documents. You will have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence across organizations. You work backwards from the customer needs, dive deep into data to understand the issues, and drives product development to deliver those needs by working with cross-functional teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8 years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
- 3 years of experience in Adtech roles, with deep understanding of audiences, auctions and performance measurement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
