DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Linehaul team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Amazon Inbound Transportation.
As Amazon continues to drive innovation within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
We focus on learning, innovating , and are customer-focused, with a direct line of engagement with our vendors. We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for ownership and accountability, to manage shipper performance and best practice adoption and control implementation across a range of stakeholders, teams, partners and services. As regular and ongoing communications with vendors to resolve issues and assist them in remaining in compliance with Amazon standards, the ideal Account Specialist will be able to communicate at a high level. We are building and innovating at a fast pace in ATS Linehaul, and we need people who are passionate about reinventing the transportation shipper experience.

Key job responsibilities
-Monitor, verify, and present data daily
-Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
-Identify transportation defect root causes.
-Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers
-Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers
-Lead Daily Business Review Stand up calls Spacer
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- • Bachelors Degree or 2 years Amazon Blue Badge Experience • Expertise in MS Access, Excel, and SQL • Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma • Experience in manufacturing, transportation, customer service, and/or distribution environments • Data management & data quality control experience with experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data • Experience using data to drive root cause analysis and process improvement recommendations.
