DESCRIPTION
The AWS Specialist Sales and Partner organization (ASP) aims to provide a cohesive and exceptional experience for customers working with our extensive network of over 100,000 partners. Our goal is to empower our builders to achieve success through this robust partner ecosystem. We view our partners as customers, and we're committed to achieving mutual success, earning trust, and establishing long-term, durable relationships.
In this role, as part of ASP's Consulting Centre of Excellence (CCoE), you will lead a team of global partner development managers (PDMs) who are responsible for fostering the growth of some of AWS's most strategic partners. You will work closely with partner executives, AWS sales and partner leaders, and other key stakeholders to help your team build and land strategic initiatives that will accelerate the worldwide growth of Accelerate partners. You'll be responsible for finding the right intersection between AWS goals and our partners' capabilities, with a strong emphasis on industry-specific differentiation that will deliver value to our customers. This will include collaborating with partners to drive revenue growth, AWS adoption, and customer success in enterprise accounts.
We're seeking a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional counterparts, helps their team grow their careers, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Demonstrating sound judgment, strong relationship-building capabilities, and people development skills will be critical for success in this position.
