Your daily activities will be to accurately deliver food to guest using seat positions and description of food to guest, removing any dirty plates and assists with new silverware, chopsticks or any requests that guest may have. You will also be the one that describes the food to guests and the one that keep those with allergies safe. We have the expectations to re-open in the end of March and the training will start 2 weeks prior the opening date.

We are a very busy modern, small plates style, European restaurant that is featuring fresh, local and organic, dishes. We are looking for experienced and professional Busser & Food Runner to be a part of our team. Tasks and Responsibilities to help you through the shift:
- Set kitchen with all appropriate plateware needed for service
- Sweep and mops expo service area before service
- Assists with expo if chefs need to get on line during service
- Locate items requested by customers.
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
- Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments as needed.

- Able to work standing up and walking during entire shift.

- Carry heavy trays and/or bus tubs for long periods of time.
Work environment
